Open up opportunities with HPE.\r\nWe are looking for Lead Delivery Solution Architect (LDSA) to join our team!\r\nSenior technical leader responsible for shaping and delivering complex, high-value solutions during both the early engagement phases and throughout the lifecycle of large-scale customer programs.\r\nLDSA plays pivotal role in:\r\nEarly Engagement: Supporting solutioning activities during the early stages of the sales cycle, acting as the technical design authority and trusted advisor to customers. The LDSA ensures that proposed solutions are technically sounds, aligned with business objectives, and feasible for delivery.\r\nProgram Architecture Leadership: Leading the technical execution of large, multi-domain programs, ensuring architectural integrity, stakeholder alignment, and successful delivery outcomes.\r\nThe role requires experience in:\r\nDesigning and delivering hybrid cloud and enterprise-scale solutions\r\nActing as a single point of contact for solution architecture across internal and external stakeholders\r\nDriving quality, governance and continuous improvement across delivery teams\r\nCollaborating with pursuit managers, program managers, managed services and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transition from design to run.\r\nThe LDSA is expected to operate with strategic foresight, technical depth, and strong leadership, enabling HPE to deliver differentiated value to customers and accelerate business outcomes.\r\nExpertise with the Nvidia AI solutions\r\nExpertise with Machine Learning and deep learning\r\nData Science knowledge and experience\r\nBig data and cloud computing\r\nExperience with large-scale AI Solution deployments\r\nPreferred experience with HPE HPC products and solutions\r\nExperience with planning and implementation AI solutions for customers\r\nStrong communication and consulting skills\r\nBridge gap between business requirements and technical capabilities, ensuring that initiatives align with customers organizational goals\r\nStrong system integration skills\r\nHealth & Wellbeing\r\nWe strive to provide our team members and their loved ones with a comprehensive suite of benefits that supports their physical, financial and emotional wellbeing.\r\nPersonal & Professional Development\r\nWe also invest in your career because the better you are, the better we all are.
