This role oversees systems such as Ministry Team and LEAD program administration, surveys, data management, and programming logistics while coordinating various cross-functional projects throughout the year. By owning these responsibilities, the Program Coordinator enables the Manager of Youth Programming to focus on program development, participant engagement, and the continued strengthening of the conference experience.\nPrimary Responsibilities Provide administrative and programmatic support for the Programming Team, including the Director of Programming, Managers of Youth and Adult Programming, and Manager of Speaker/Conference/Partner Relations.\nSupport conference planning and execution by coordinating programming schedules, production materials, surveys, and other logistical and thematic assets in collaboration with internal departments and ministry partners.\nManage participant administration, including application portals, communications, assignments, and related data management for LEAD program.\nServe as Program Director for select youth or adult conferences, or as a Franciscan LEAD facilitator and director as needed. Occasional overnights and travel may be required.\nCollect, analyze, and distribute programming feedback and data, compiling survey results to support continuous improvement and strategic decision-making.\nAssist with crafting theme development, talking points, and additional resources for group leaders, ministry team members, and conference participants.\nSupport general programming operations by maintaining resources, managing communications, and completing additional administrative projects to assist the Programming Team as a whole.\nThis is not intended to be an all-inclusive list.
