You have 3-5+ years of experience in relevant skills gained and developed in the same or similar role.\n\nTO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:\n\nExperience managing enterprise-level projects from initiation through closure, including planning, execution, risk management, resource coordination, stakeholder communications, and project delivery.\nExperience partnering with and influencing cross-functional business stakeholders across multiple functions and levels of the organization to drive project outcomes.\nExperience managing multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.\nStrong organizational, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.\nExperience using project management tools such as Planview or Smartsheet, to plan, manage, and track project work.\nPMP certification or must be obtained within 12 months of hire.\nCuriosity and willingness to leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to improve productivity and project outcomes.\nExperience with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel.\nYou'll have a Bachelor's degree OR equivalent experience.\n\nFor additional comfortability in the role:\n\nExperience managing programs consisting of multiple related projects or workstreams.\nExperience supporting learning, talent, human resources, organizational development, change management, or business transformation initiatives.\nExperience supporting projects or geographically dispersed stakeholder groups.\nCAPM, Change Management, or equivalent professional certification.\n\nYOU'LL LOVE WORKING HERE BECAUSE YOU CAN:\n\nCollaboration.
