Internal Linux Operational alerting.Define and implement operational reports and dashboards for capacity management and other operational needs.Ensure high-quality, consistent telemetry across all environmentsArchitect and manage CloudStack deployments, ensuring scalability, reliability, and multi-tenant functionalityLead the technical diagnoses of Linux system problems as part of the ITIL Problem management processDefine and publish organizational standards for Linux Server InfrastructureManage and customize platform and infrastructure monitoring utilizing LogicMonitor and GrafanaImplement standards as infrastructure-as-code using configuration management tools, Ansible, and TerraformEstablish and maintain security hardening standards across all Linux environmentsDevelop configuration management pipelines to manage drift across Linux environments using GitHub and Ansible.Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing with KVM virtualization technologies and managementStrong background in Network Management Systems (NMS) integration and configurationAdvanced scripting skills in Bash, Python, or GoExperience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Terraform, or Chef)Proven experience with LogicMonitor, Zabbix, and Grafana monitoring platformsDeep understanding of TCP/IP networking, routing, and firewall
