Job Description
Litigation Administrative Assistant:
Our client is seeking a mid-level (3+ years) Litigation Administrative Assistant to join their firm. This position is high-level support in a fast-paced law firm. This role requires strong organizational skills, dependability and discretion with confidential information. This position is in downtown San Diego and is a hybrid role. Must be ok with OT.
Responsibilities (but not limited to)
Format and finalize legal documents using firm standards
Manage workflows and support multiple attorneys
Enter and review time entries
Coordinate travel, meetings, and conferences
Process expense reports and invoices
Maintain electronic case files
Handle sensitive information accurately
Qualifications
Associate’s or Bachelors Degree
3+ years litigation experience
Ability to prepare TOC’s/TOA’s and knowledge of federal court procedures
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Relativity, Net Docs, Best Authority, etc
Trial and deposition prep exp a plus
Core Skills
Strong time management and communication
Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive
Ability to work independently
Salary is $75+ boe.
