The successful candidate will combine extensive Relativity and data-processing expertise with strong eDiscovery project management, communication, and leadership skills.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nCoordinate the technical aspects of electronic discovery databases supporting complex litigation matters.\n\nConsult with attorneys and litigation teams to develop and apply technical strategies responsive to legal, discovery, and case-management requirements.\n\nTranslate case objectives into appropriate database designs, data-processing workflows, review approaches, analyses, and production strategies.\n\nAssist litigation teams with the strategic and legal aspects of electronic discovery.\n\nCoordinate eDiscovery activities across data processing, database loading, document review, analysis, quality control, and production.\n\nParticipate in legal proceedings and discovery-planning activities, including Rule 26(f) conferences.\n\nPrepare technical affidavits and other supporting documentation, as required.\n\nOversee the creation, validation, and delivery of statistical and case-related reports.\n\nCoordinate project priorities, schedules, dependencies, client expectations, and technical risks.\n\nApply eDiscovery technologies, processes, and industry best practices to large-scale matters involving complex discovery challenges.\n\nCoordinate with technical personnel to resolve database, processing, review, and production issues.\n\nAssist remote users with accessing, navigating, and working within Relativity workspaces.\n\nCommunicate project status, emerging concerns, and recommended solutions to litigation teams and other stakeholders.\n\nMaintain organized documentation supporting technical decisions, project activities, workflows, and deliverables.\n\nProvide technical direction and guidance to eDiscovery personnel supporting assigned matters.\n\nRequirements\n\nAt least five years of experience providing eDiscovery services and litigation support for large, complex matters involving significant eDiscovery challenges.\n\nExtensive experience using Relativity or RelativityOne.\n\nExtensive experience processing electronically stored information and managing associated technical workflows.\n\nThorough understanding of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model and its application throughout the eDiscovery lifecycle.\n\nExperience managing or coordinating eDiscovery projects and related technologies.\n\nDemonstrated experience coordinating database design, data processing, document review, analysis, quality control, and production activities.\n\nAdvanced experience planning eDiscovery efforts, managing client expectations, and working with clients to minimize legal, technical, and operational risk.\n\nProficiency across a wide range of relevant technologies.\n\nKnowledge of eDiscovery industry best practices, including the tools and processes used to support large-scale, complex eDiscovery matters.\n\nDemonstrated ability to assist remote users with accessing and navigating Relativity workspaces.\n\nDemonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced production environment, maintain appropriate priorities, and manage schedules under extremely tight deadlines.\n\nManagerial, supervisory, or technical team-lead experience.\n\nStrong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.\n\nExcellent oral and written communication skills.\n\nAbility to communicate technical information effectively to attorneys, litigation professionals, technical personnel, and other stakeholders.\n\nAbility to obtain and maintain the required U.S. Government Public Trust suitability determination.\n\nPreferred:\n\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, information technology, information management, or a related discipline.\n\nRelativity or another recognized eDiscovery certification.\n\nExperience working in a legal or litigation support environment.\n\nTrial support experience.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\n\nCompensation: $85,000-$105,000/year\n\nBenefits: Health, life, dental, vision, and disability insurance (eligible after 30 days).\n\nAdditional: HSA, 401(k) with employer match, and educational reimbursement.\n\nThis position is contingent upon contract award.
