We’re seeking a Project Manager to manage the organization of key client projects.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nManaging all aspects of multiple small to midsize projects.\nServe as project nucleus for clients, project team, consultants, and other stakeholders.\nEstimate design fees, determine scope of work, solicit consultant proposals, and prepare comprehensive team proposals and contracts for Partner or Associate Partner review.\nServe as the primary client and consultant liaison to complete projects on schedule, within budget, and with maximum client satisfaction.\nActively manage project budgets, meeting minutes, client expectations, schedules, project communications and documentation, office administrative tasks, and project team assignments.\nProvide technical expertise and oversight of document development for multiple projects ranging in size and scope.\nEnsure quality control on all design team deliverables.\nLead project team to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned projects.\nCollaborate with other E4H Project Managers to assign and manage project staffing needs.\nProvide mentorship and oversight of the work of less experienced technical staff.\nREQUIREMENTS\nMinimum Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management or Project Management.\nIdeal candidate has 8+ years of experience in project management, construction administration or related field.\nCompetency with digital tools skills including Bluebeam, MS Office Suite (including MS Project), Deltek, and NewForma.
