You’ll be responsible for operating, monitoring, and troubleshooting various injection and compression machines. Here’s what your day will look like:\nMonitor machinery to ensure smooth production processes for electrical safety products.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, and production efficiency.\nAssist in troubleshooting machine issues and perform routine maintenance as needed.\nUse your creative problem-solving skills to contribute to process improvements.\nEnsure quality by performing visual inspections, hand trimming parts, and using measurement tools to verify product specifications.\nMaintain a clean and safe work area, promoting best practices and efficiency.\n\nKey Qualifications:\nYou Must Have:\nA High School Diploma or equivalent.\nStrong technical skills and the ability to operate machinery and equipment.\nAbility to lift 30 pounds on a regular basis.\nA keen eye for detail and the ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.\n\nWe Value:\nPrecision and attention to detail in your work.\nStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills.\nThe ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.\nA proactive approach to continuous improvement and process enhancements.\nExcellent observation skills to identify issues and ensure quality.\n\nPay Details: $22.50 per hour\n\nBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
