This role supports internal and external websites using Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Drupal, and related technologies.\r\nThis is a full-time position with a standard work schedule of 9:45 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.\r\nThe selected candidate will join a collaborative team of developers, analysts/testers, and web publishers supporting mission-critical government websites and applications.\r\nWhat You'll Be Doing\r\nProvide development, operations, and maintenance support for SharePoint Online (M365) intranet environments\r\nSupport requirements gathering, documentation, and customer demonstrations\r\nPublish and maintain content on public-facing (Drupal) and intranet (M365) websites\r\nProvide testing support for monthly release deployments, including unit, regression, and accessibility testing\r\nSupport short turnaround publishing requests in a deadline-driven environment\r\nParticipate in an on-call rotation (~1 week per month) to provide after-hours emergency publishing support (approximately 4–5 calls per month)\r\nTroubleshoot site issues in coordination with platform engineers and Microsoft support\r\nMonitor Microsoft Message Center for platform updates and changes\r\nDefine and validate acceptance criteria for website features\r\nProvide solution recommendations during team and client meetings\r\nCollaborate with external agencies on U.S. Web Design System (USWDS) features and releases\r\nMaintain compliance with Section 508 accessibility requirements\r\nRequired Education, Skills, and Experience\r\nBachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience)\r\n1–3 years of experience designing, building, maintaining, and publishing business or government websites\r\n3–5 years of experience working with Microsoft 365 platforms, including SharePoint Online\r\nExperience with responsive website design and Section 508 accessibility standards\r\nExperience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements\r\nExperience publishing content to public and intranet sites (Drupal CMS experience preferred)\r\nExperience supporting structured testing activities (unit, regression, accessibility)\r\nExperience with SharePoint Online and Power Platform (including Power Automate)\r\nStrong troubleshooting and analytical skills across platforms and systems\r\nAbility to work the required Eastern Time Zone schedule\r\nFamiliarity with U.S. Web Design System (USWDS)\r\nExperience with Adobe Creative Suite for image editing\r\nExperience supporting branded government websites\r\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\r\nAbility to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders\r\nStrong attention to detail\r\nCustomer-focused mindset\r\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment\r\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team\r\nPreferred Education, Skills, and Experience\r\nBachelor's degree in the humanities with strong work experience in a technical field preferred\r\nGoogle UX Design Certification is a plus\r\nDrupal CMS experience
