Mentor engineering teams and provide technical leadership. Collaborate across teams to deliver scalable, data-intensive applications. Ideal Candidate Recent hands-on Java/Spring Boot development experience. Strong AWS architecture background beyond basic service usage. Expertise across relational and NoSQL databases. Self-driven, ownership-oriented engineer with a principal-engineering mindset who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
