Who You Are
You are a high-performing mid-level associate (3–5 years) with experience in:
Intellectual Property Litigation (patent and/or trade secrets)
Preferred Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics
Strong academic credentials (law school + undergrad)
Core Strengths:
Strong research, analytical, and writing skills
Excellent oral communication and advocacy ability
Proven ability to manage complex matters and take ownership
Leadership mindset with a proactive, team-oriented approach
Sound legal and business judgment
Must be admitted to the state bar in your practicing jurisdiction
