This role involves creating detailed test plans, operating specialized equipment, recording and analyzing test data, and troubleshooting any issues that arise.\n\nKey responsibilities include:\nDeveloping test plans based on specifications.\nExecuting tests and calibrating laboratory equipment.\nAnalyzing results and identifying trends.\nReporting defects and collaborating with engineering teams.\nMaintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment for accuracy.\nTroubleshooting testing issues and proposing solutions.\nEnsuring compliance with quality standards and regulations.\nCollaborating with engineers to share results and improve products.\nMinimum Qualifications:\n\n10+ years of experience.\nBachelor's degree in engineering, science, or a related field OR relevant experience\nHands-on experience with testing equipment and fabricating test fixtures a must.\nFamiliarity with quality management systems (QMS) and regulatory requirements (if applicable)\nStrong understanding of relevant engineering principles, test methodologies, and laboratory techniques specific to the industry.\nProficiency in data analysis tools to interpret test results and generate meaningful reports\nAbility to troubleshoot complex technical issues and identify root causes\nHigh level of accuracy and meticulousness in data collection and recording\nAbility to clearly document test procedures, results, and findings\nEffective communication with cross-functional teams to convey technical information and collaborate on solutions\nBenefit at Delta Electronics Americas:\nLife at Delta\nEEO Statement:\nDelta Electronics Americas is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
