Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Manager located in Pensacola, FL. The Marketing Manager will oversee the development and implementation of marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Responsibilities include creating and managing marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, coordinating promotional events, and collaborating with various teams to meet organizational goals. The role also involves maintaining consistency in messaging and ensuring alignment with the college’s mission and values. Qualifications Experience in marketing strategy, campaign management, and brand developmentStrong skills in data analysis and market research to identify trends and optimize marketing effortsProficiency in digital marketing, SEO, and social media platformsContent creation, writing, and editing skills to produce clear and compelling materialsExcellent organizational, communication, and leadership skillsAbility to establish and maintain collaborative relationships across departmentsExperience in a higher education or faith-based institution is a plusBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree
