The Team Lead/Processing Specialist is responsible for handling and delegating out sensitive transactions to their team mates as well as overseeing the daily operations of the team with an emphasis on customer centricity while delivering quality work. The Team Lead/Processing Specialist engages in activities with internal and external customers to meet client needs while consistently meeting established goals, service level agreements (SLAs) and remaining compliant with required regulations and audit controls.\nCorebridge Financial is currently hiring and has the ability to complete virtual interviews, onboarding, and training.
