This position will work closely with the President, Vice President of Operations and customers to manage schedules, estimates, time sheets, and project documentation.\nThe ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience and strong understanding of project execution in demanding industrial environments.\nDuties and Responsibilities\nCoordinate and monitor multiple projects simultaneously across various customer sites\nTrack project progress, milestones, labor utilization, equipment deployment, and completion status\nAssist with project planning, job reviews, and pre-job meetings\nMonitor projects costs, labor hours, equipment usage, and productivity metrics\nAttend pre-bid meetings and perform site walks\nAssist with customer updates, project reporting, and closeout documentation\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction\nRequired Qualifications\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent\nMust possess a valid Driver’s License\nPreferred experience in projects, maintenance services, or related field operations\nExperience coordinating or managing multiple projects simultaneously\nAbility to interpret project scopes, schedules, and operational requirements\nExcellence organizational and time-management skills\nStrong communication and leadership abilities\nAbility to use Mac Operating System\nValid driver’s license and ability to travel as required\nPreferred Qualifications\nKnowledge of QuickBooks Online\nExperience working in refineries, midstream facilities, petrochemical plants, or industrial service environments\nProject Management certification (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent).\nKnowledge of OSHA regulations and industrial safety requirements\nExperience coordinating maintenance projects\nEnvironment\nThis position is office-bases, with occasional site visits as needed.
