This is a cross-functional role that will work as directed across various departments, supporting both order fulfillment and receiving operations while ensuring product accuracy and efficient warehouse flow.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This individual will take ownership of their responsibilities, work both independently and collaboratively, and contribute positively across departments including sales, transportation, and operations.Schedule- Full-time- Monday – Friday- 7:00am – 3:30pm- Overtime eligibleCompensation & Benefits- $21–$24 per hour- Bonus Incentive Program (bi-weekly opportunities to increase earnings)- Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance- Employee Assistance Program- PTO (Vacation & Sick Time)- Flexible scheduling options- 401(k) (with matching where applicable)Key ResponsibilitiesOrder Fulfillment & Shipping- Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for delivery and shipment- Ensure all orders are complete and meet quality standards- Adjust order fulfillment based on stock availability- Stage delivery routes and prepare outbound palletsReceiving & Inventory Support- Receive and verify inbound shipments against purchase orders and BOLs- Accurately enter products into inventory management systems- Identify and report discrepancies, damages, or shortages- Monitor product details (vintage, UPC, packaging, lot changes)- Assist with product placement, binning, and backstock organizationGeneral Warehouse Operations- Replenish pick locations and maintain warehouse organization- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts safely- Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient workspace- Collaborate with team members across departmentsQualifications & Experience- Warehouse experience preferred (receiving, picking, or fulfillment)- Forklift experience and valid certification required- Experience with inventory systems or WMS (QuickBooks a plus)- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities- Strong communication and teamwork skills- Ability to work independently with minimal supervisionPhysical Requirements & Working Conditions- Warehouse environment with varying temperatures- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs- Ability to navigate stairs while carrying productAdditional InformationThis position is not intended to be all-inclusive.
