This is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional passionate about data insights, analytics, and visualization tools to contribute significantly to TCN’s growth.Role Overview:As a Business Data Analyst working with TCN’s Business Intelligence (BI) team, you will help ensure the quality and functionality of TCN’s BI tools and features. Working under the guidance of the Senior Vice President of Revenue Enhancement and Product, you will assist clients in understanding their needs, providing data analysis, and offering consultation. Your role will involve developing user-friendly dashboards and best practice recommendations that enhance the effectiveness of TCN’s services. In this capacity, you will support BI revenue growth and contribute to the ongoing development of TCN’s BI product strategy.Key Responsibilities:QA and Product Release Monitoring: Play a crucial role in quality assurance testing for all BI features and product releases, ensuring the highest standards for functionality, reliability, and user experienceDocumentation and Training: Help create detailed documentation and training materials to support internal teams and clients using TCN’s BI toolsInsight Development: Create actionable insights and dashboards that follow best practices, delivering rapid value with minimal effort required for configuration or personalization. These solutions will highlight key metrics and trends across TCN services, enabling clients to make informed, data-driven decisions quickly and efficientlyClient Consultation: Partner with clients to understand their business challenges, identify applicable datasets for analysis, and develop custom BI solutions that address their specific needsRevenue Growth and Client Engagement: Actively contribute to growing TCN’s BI revenue and expanding the client base by showcasing the value of our BI tools and services in optimizing call center operationsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Business Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field2 to 4 years of experience in BI, data analysis, call center customer service, or a similar roleProven experience with relational databases, data visualization tools, and BI platformsStrong understanding of data analytics, data mining, and pattern recognitionExperience working in customer-facing roles, providing insights, solutions, and consultationsExcellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insightsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skills with a proactive attitudCompetencies:Customer/client orientation: Deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to tailor solutions to meet their specific requirementsInterpersonal skills: Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with clients and internal teamsOriginality: Skilled in approaching challenges creatively and finding new ways to leverage data for actionable resultsAbout TCN:TCN is a rapidly growing technology company, offering cloud-based contact center solutions through its proprietary software-as-a-service model.
