This role is responsible for managing Windows and Linux systems, virtualized environments, enterprise applications, and cloud-hosted infrastructure while ensuring system reliability, security, and operational efficiency.The ideal candidate has a strong background in systems administration, server technologies, cloud environments, and enterprise IT operations, with the ability to work across multiple technical disciplines and collaborate with stakeholders throughout the organization.ResponsibilitiesAdminister, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows, Linux, and UNIX operating systems across enterprise environmentsManage server technologies, virtual machine infrastructure, and storage platformsConfigure, deploy, and support servers and applications within Commercial Cloud Enterprise (C2E) environmentsSupport Enterprise Information Technology (EIT) systems, utility applications, and security toolsMonitor system performance and ensure operational availability, reliability, and securityCollaborate with network engineers, system developers, and technical teams to support infrastructure requirements and system integrationsAnalyze technical requirements and assess the impact of infrastructure changes across operating environmentsEnsure compliance with organizational standards, security requirements, and configuration management processesTroubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across systems, applications, and infrastructureParticipate in project planning, requirements gathering, and implementation activitiesDevelop and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and operational guidesTrack project requirements, system changes, and operational activitiesResearch emerging technologies and recommend solutions that improve system performance and operational effectivenessSupport multi-system and multi-application environments, including operating systems, storage technologies, databases, email systems, and hardware platformsRequired QualificationsMust be fully cleared with a recent polygraphMust be willing and able to work fully onsite at the location listed in this postingExperience administering Windows, Linux, and UNIX operating systemsExperience managing server technologies, virtual machines, and enterprise storage environmentsExperience supporting Enterprise Information Technology (EIT) systems and security applicationsExperience deploying and managing systems within Commercial Cloud Enterprise (C2E) environmentsExperience working within complex, multi-disciplinary IT environmentsUnderstanding of network infrastructure and system dependencies across operating environmentsKnowledge of system configuration standards, security controls, and software management proceduresStrong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skillsExperience with project planning, execution, and requirements trackingExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a team environmentExperience partnering with developers and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and support project planningDesired QualificationsExperience working with business stakeholders to gather and define requirementsAssociate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related technical fieldBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related technical fieldExperience supporting enterprise cloud, virtualization, and hybrid infrastructure environments#CJFantom Corp is a Software Development, Agile Cloud, Cyber Security (Risk Management, Assessments & Authorization (A&A)), Data, AI Platform (Computer Vision Models), Podcasting Media Services, and IT Services provider.
