You should be equally comfortable building polished slide decks and producing dynamic, video-driven presentation experiences.\n\nThe ideal candidate combines deep technical proficiency with best-in-class presentation design transforming ideas into dynamic visual content with a forward-thinking vision for multimedia experiences.\n\nWhat You’ll Do\nDesign engaging presentations translating complex ideas into clear, structured visual narratives\nDevelop video-based presentations incorporating animation, motion graphics, and voiceover\nCollaborate with stakeholders to define messaging, audience needs, and objectives\nEnhance presentations with multimedia elements such as audio, video, and interactive components\nEdit video content to improve clarity, pacing, and visual impact\nApply storytelling and data visualization techniques to strengthen communication\nStay current with design trends, tools, and emerging presentation formats\nWhat We’re Looking For\n5–10 years of experience in presentation design, multimedia production, or a related field\nAdvanced proficiency in presentation programs (PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Gamma)\nStrong foundation in visual design principles (layout, typography, color, hierarchy)\nExperience with video editing and motion graphics tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar)\nProven ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging visual content\nStrong attention to detail and ability to manage tight deadlines\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills\nExperience working with cross-functional teams\nFamiliarity with AI tools to support creative workflows and efficiency (ChatGPT, Claude, Runway, Adobe Firefly)\nNice to Have\nDesigning executive-level or client-facing presentations\nCreating interactive or immersive presentation formats\nBasic audio editing and voiceover integration\nDeveloping or working within brand identity systems\nWhat Success Looks Like\nClear, visually compelling, and memorable presentations\nSeamless integration of video and multimedia storytelling\nConsistent, high-quality output across formats and platforms\nStrong positive feedback from stakeholders and audiences\nWhy Join Us\nGrow a multi-brand, multi-team UX practice from the ground up.\nWork across fast-moving, established brands in home organizing and water technology.\nLead measurable impact and create team culture in a fast growing, multi-faceted business.\nDrive & shape how all of our digital experiences evolve and scale.\n\nBenefits & Perks\nWe believe in recognizing and rewarding our employees for a job well done.
