This role is about being present, building trust, and supporting daily life-not medical care.What You'll Do:Spend quality time listening, talking, being fully present and engaging with clientsHelp with light housekeeping, meals, and simple errandsAssist with daily routines (ADL's) and ensure client safetyOffer emotional support and companionshipCommunicate any concerns quickly with clients, family and HWCG team so clients get the help they need.Collaborate with broader care team to ensure quality and connected care is provided.
