Role Description We are seeking a full-time Supplier Quality Engineer to join our team on-site at our facility in Greater St. Louis. The Supplier Quality Engineer will be responsible for evaluating and managing supplier performance, conducting quality audits, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and resolving any supply chain quality issues. The role will also involve developing and maintaining effective supplier quality management systems, collaborating with internal teams, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to ensure product excellence. Qualifications Proficiency in Supplier Evaluation and Supplier Quality Assessment to ensure compliance with quality and performance standards.Experience in Supplier Quality Management and Quality Management Systems for maintaining and improving supplier processes.Expertise in Quality Control practices to ensure supplier deliverables meet standards and project requirements.Knowledge of Supplier Quality processes and methodologies specific to manufacturing, with a focus on precision components.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with suppliers and cross-functional teams.Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field preferred.Experience in the aerospace or manufacturing industry is considered an asset.
