Role Description The Construction Administrator will oversee administrative and coordination tasks related to construction projects as a full-time, on-site team member located in Signal Mountain, TN. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing construction administration services, facilitating project coordination activities, ensuring smooth communication among stakeholders, and assisting with submittals and project management tasks. This role is integral to advancing the successful execution of diverse architectural and planning projects. Qualifications Experience in Construction Administration Services and SubmittalsProficient in Project Coordination and Project ManagementStrong Communication skills for collaborating with team members, clients, and contractorsGood organizational skills and attention to detailKnowledge of construction documentation and processes is preferredProficiency in architectural and construction software, such as AutoCAD or Revit, is a plusFamiliarity with industry standards, building codes, and regulations is an advantageBachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred
