Virtual Field Access Manager
A company is looking for a Virtual Field Access Manager (vFAM).
Key Responsibilities
Educate provider offices on access resources and reimbursement processes
Serve as the virtual point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing access challenges
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure coordinated support and timely resolution of access issues
Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree required from an accredited institution
2+ years of experience in patient access, reimbursement, or provider-facing pharmaceutical roles
Strong knowledge of the U.S. payer landscape and specialty product access pathways
Experience in a virtual environment with video conferencing and CRM tools
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple accounts independently
