These aren’t just words, they’re how we show up every day.\nIf you’re someone who loves working as part of a team, takes pride in delivering great results, wants the ability to own your work, and is always looking for ways to grow while doing the right thing, then Eclipse Advantage is the place for you.\n3rd Shift, 9pm start time\nResponsibilities and essential job functions:\nAdvises employees on care and preservation of items received, stored, and shipped; methods and use of equipment in handling, storing, maintaining and shipping stock and related problems.\nSupervisor will relay or delegate daily communication and reporting to the customer\nMaintains employee Safety Training and Compliance schedule and records.\nResponsible for operations costs: warehouse, personnel, and related expenses\nSchedules staff hours to align with customer requirements\nReviews records for accuracy of information and compliance with established procedures\nDetermines work procedures, prepares work schedules and expedites workflow; reviews and standardizes procedures to improve efficiency of subordinates\nExamines work for exactness, neatness, and conformance to policy.\nSupervises the completion of all housekeeping and other duties as assigned for the warehouse\nCollaborates with Site Manager for all interviews, hires, and training of employees; prepares and submits all required paperwork.
