Requires reading, understanding and working from work procedures, drawings, general instructions or operation sheets.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:\nMagnetic Head and Component Assembly includes:\nUse of microscopes, fixtures and epoxies\nCable and connector assembly\nSoldering of various parts including contacts and cables\nCoil taping and winding\nOperates equipment such as coil winders, and ovens\nUse precision measuring tools such as calipers, gauge blocks, and micrometers\nUtilizes more complicated fixtures, tooling and optical comparators, basic electrical diagnostic tools and electrical test fixtures.\nRead and follow detailed drawings and processing documents\nResponsible for the quality of all work performed and ensuring that discrepancies are properly reported and corrective actions implemented to prevent recurrence\nResponsible for performing all work in a safe manner and identifying hazards and reporting to Supervisor and/or Safety Coordinator\nTypical work hours are 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday.\nBQ Technologies offers excellent working conditions, competitive wages, paid time off and health insurance benefits.
