MillwrightOnin Staffing is looking for a Millwright Trainee / Mechanically Skilled Associate. Location: Birmingham, Al Pay: Competitive pay based on experience. Are you mechanically inclined and ready to learn a valuable trade? We're looking for someone with hands-on industrial or maintenance experience who's eager to grow into the skilled role of a Millwright. What You'll Do: Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial machinery and equipment Work with experienced Millwrights and learn precision alignment, welding, and fabrication Troubleshoot and perform mechanical adjustments and preventative maintenance Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area What We're Looking For: Experience in a similar field maintenance, mechanical repair, or industrial work Strong mechanical aptitude and desire to learn new skills Ability to read blueprints or schematics (a plus!)
