This role ensures accurate schedule planning, risk identification, and program execution alignment across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and program management teams.\r\nResponsibilities:Develop, maintain, and manage the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for complex aerospace and defense programs.\r\nCollaborate with program managers, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and finance teams to define schedule logic, dependencies, milestones, and resource constraints.\r\nEnsure schedules align with program baselines, contract requirements, and Earned Value Management (EVM) standards.\r\nPerform critical path analysis, schedule risk assessments, and what-if scenario analysis.\r\nTrack program progress and update schedules based on actual performance and project changes.\r\nIdentify schedule risks, constraints, and opportunities and communicate impacts to program leadership.\r\nPrepare and present schedule status reports, metrics, and forecasts to program stakeholders and senior leadership.\r\nSupport Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBR) and other program reviews.\r\nEnsure compliance with DoD, DCMA, and industry scheduling best practices.\r\nMaintain schedule quality including logic integrity, constraints management, and milestone tracking.\r\nSupport proposal efforts by assisting with schedule development for new business opportunities.\r\nQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related field.\r\n5+ years of scheduling or program planning experience in aerospace, defense, or government contracting.\r\nExperience supporting DoD programs.\r\nProficiency with scheduling tools such as:\r\nWorking knowledge of:\r\nStrong understanding of critical path analysis, schedule logic, and schedule health metrics.\r\nStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.\r\nPreferred Qualifications:Experience working with DCMA 14-Point Schedule Assessment.\r\nFamiliarity with MIL-STD-881 Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).\r\nExperience supporting Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBR).\r\nCertification such as:\r\nPMP (Project Management Professional)\r\nPMI-SP (Scheduling Professional)\r\nEVP (Earned Value Professional)\r\nExperience with ERP or program management tools used in aerospace/defense environments.\r\nMoseley Technical Services, Inc. is an AA/EEO/Veterans/Disabled Employer\r\nWhat to ExpectApplicants selected for employment will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background investigation, which may include education, criminal, and work history verifications.\r\nAccepted applicants will be eligible for benefits, including medical and supplemental insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
