Remote Client Experience Associate

About the Opportunity:The Remote Client Experience Associate connects with individuals who have requested information about available benefits. This role guides conversations, answers questions, and ensures a smooth and professional client experience while building strong relationships. The position contributes to client onboarding, ongoing support, and program engagement, helping maintain client satisfaction and retention.3. Responsibilities:• Meet with clients virtually using Zoom• Guide individuals and families through available programs• Answer client questions and direct next steps• Support clients during onboarding and ongoing communication• Assist existing clients with updates and general support• Maintain digital records and documentation• Participate in training, mentorship, and development sessions### 4. Requirements:• Authorization to work in the United States• Laptop or computer with camera and reliable internet• Strong communication and organizational skills• Ability to work independently• Coachable, motivated, and goal-oriented5.
