You'll cultivate relationships with municipalities, lead the pursuit and delivery of complex DBO projects, and represent the firm at an executive level with clients, partners, and stakeholders.What You BringDeep Florida water and wastewater market relationships, municipalities, regulators, and consultantsExecutive-level P&L ownership and business development experience in water infrastructureA proven track record of delivering complex DBO/DB projects through to completionThe ability to build and inspire a high-performing team from the ground upCredibility and presence to serve as the face of the firm in the Florida marketCompensationBase salary in the region of $300K+, performance bonus, transportation allowance, and stock options through the parent company.This is a confidential search.
