This is a concierge style medical facility specializing in Regenerative Medicine for Orthopedic Conditions.\nResponsibilities\nManage and oversee all administrative functions of the office and day-to-day operations\nMaintain office efficiency by organizing and implementing office systems, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration with all team members, coordinating meetings/events and providing general support to the team\nDirect patient engagement\nPerform routine Front Desk tasks to support medical staff\nCommunicate with insurance companies for proper verification/authorization for Imaging, patient visits, procedures and diagnostic tests.\nCoordinate and schedule patient appointments, follow-up visits, and referrals, ensuring timely and accurate scheduling to minimize wait times and maximize patient satisfaction.\nHandle patient inquiries and concerns in a professional and compassionate manner, striving to exceed patient expectations and enhance the overall patient experience.\nOversee billing and insurance claims processes, working closely with billing specialists to resolve any issues and ensure timely payment.\nManage inventory and supplies, including ordering and restocking medical supplies and office equipment as needed.\nReviewing pricing and treatment plan for cash procedures\nProcessing payments\nCRM utilization and other software for patient engagement\nPatient Education\nAssist with Medication administration if needed\nHelp with Scanning and uploading documents\nCollaborate with healthcare providers to streamline office workflows and improve efficiency in delivering patient care.\nData Entry for tracking patient outcomes\nAssisting with chart notes and scribing for the physician if needed\nQualifications:\nEducation:\nEquivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.\nBachelor’s in Business Administration, Healthcare or related field\n3-5 years experience in Healthcare, Office manager or other equivalent, related field.
