We do not check this site very often.\nAbout Solitude Labs\nAt Solitude Labs, our mission is to secure the energy grid. As global energy demand surges, the transition toward efficient, localized generation is no longer optional - it’s essential. The grid is rapidly evolving, with solar panels, batteries, EV chargers, natural gas generators, and other distributed energy resources (DERs) becoming ubiquitous. While this transformation boosts grid resilience, it also introduces complexity and massive cyber vulnerabilities that threaten critical infrastructure operations.\nSolitude Labs is building the first completely decentralized, zero-trust cybersecurity platform designed for the modern grid. Our technology ensures that each connection within the grid is inherently secure, resilient, and verifiable. By eliminating single points of failure and enabling secure communications at scale, we are redefining how energy networks communicate and defend themselves in the evolving grid landscape.\nThe company has recently relocated to Florida to work with one of the largest electric utilities in the US, and has existing relationships with multiple U.S. electric utilities, independent power producers, national laboratories, and leading cybersecurity organizations. Solitude Labs is backed by top institutional investors, including the University of Chicago, Valor Equity Partners, and Origin Ventures.\nWhat You'll Do\nWe’re looking for a software engineer to lead the design, development, and maintenance of software for our zero-trust cybersecurity platform. You’ll wear multiple hats in this role – one day you’ll be working on software architecture, the next talking with customers to gather requirements, and then rapidly iterating product features. You’ll be working alongside the CTO to help solve our hardest technical problems and build out the engineering team over time.
