As our Purchasing Coordinator, your procurement decisions will directly drive our cost savings and keep production moving. We're a hands-on, fast-paced team where sharp negotiators and organized self-starters get noticed.What you'll do:Handle inquiries on costing, lead times, and samplesPlace purchase orders with our plant and follow up on order statusSource, evaluate, and interview suppliers based on price, quality, delivery speed, and reliabilityNegotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and contract terms to drive cost savingsReview purchase requisitions, prepare bid specifications, and issue purchase ordersMonitor stock levels, forecast purchasing needs, and track incoming shipmentsBuild long-term supplier relationships and resolve disputes over damaged or defective goodsMaintain detailed records of orders, invoices, and supplier performanceWhat we're looking for:Proven purchasing, procurement, or sourcing experienceStrong negotiation and relationship-building skillsSharp organizational skills and attention to detailComfort managing multiple suppliers and orders at onceSolid working knowledge of Microsoft OfficeWhat we offer:$25-$30 per hour, based on experienceFull-time, in-person role in Los AngelesA collaborative team where your impact is seen and valuedRoom to grow as the company growsJob type: Full-time, on-site in Los Angeles, CAReady to make an impact from day one?
