If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.\n\nJob Summary\n\nSummary\n\nThe “Document Control Analyst” will be based in Columbia, SC , reporting to Blanca Hernandez.\n\nIn this role, you will be responsible for controlling and maintaining the engineering change and documentation tracking process with emphasis on Bills of Material (BOM’s), parts masters, specifications, drawings and documentation to ensure appropriate changes are documented.\n\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\n\nCreates, implements and finalizes engineering change orders (ECO's) and makes system changes.\nPerforms file maintenance of BOM’s, parts drawings, ECO’s, process alerts and other customer documents.\nCoordinates ECO status with customer and implements cost changes and effective dates.\nEnsures projects are in compliance with document control policies and procedures.\nEnsures data accuracy and completeness of documentation including logs, reports and distribution.\nManages and tracks product configuration and manufacturing/customer requirements.\nResponsible for interface between program manager, engineering, manufacturing and materials to ensure appropriate changes are documented.\nCollects and reports process performance metrics.\nTrack work completed by customer program for reporting purposes.\n\nWhat you'll receive for the great work you provide:\n\nFull range of medical, dental, and vision plans\nLife Insurance\nShort-term and Long-term Disability\nMatching 401(k) Contributions\nVacation and Paid Sick Time\nTuition Reimbursement\n\nApplication Deadline:\n\nApplications for this job position will be accepted for at least five days following the job posting start date below and continuing until the end date below or until the position is filled.
