{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"eea1a994b524199e79c3e113","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/eea1a994b524199e79c3e113","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/eea1a994b524199e79c3e113","title":"Invent L3","description":"Invent L3Key responsibilities• Act as L3 team member for incidents: triage, mitigation, customer communication, RCA, and closure.• Troubleshoot and resolve complex data/integration issues (SFTP/CSV, REST APIs, ETL), SKU/store hierarchy mismatches, and promo/calendar ingestion errors.• Diagnose forecast variances: validate model inputs, analyze diagnostics, and recommend configuration or data corrections.• Reproduce issues in test tenants and produce detailed defect packages (logs, SQL extracts, repro steps) for Engineering.• Implement or coordinate permanent fixes, patches, and configuration changes with Product and R&D.• Lead technical readiness for go lives and upgrades: capacity testing, pre/post reconciliation, runbook ownership, and cutover support.• Perform performance tuning for forecast jobs and database queries; recommend scaling/partitioning or model runtime improvements.• Create and maintain runbooks, KB articles, and troubleshooting guides.Required qualifications• Minimum 10+ years’ relevant experience supporting merchandise planning, forecasting, or retail planning systems (implementation/support).• Direct experience with Invent (Invent.ai / MerchPlan)• Deep retail planning domain knowledge: forecasting, OTB, assortment, allocation, replenishment, promotions, markdowns, seasonality.• Strong SQL skills (complex queries, window functions, performance tuning) for data validation and reconciliation.• Practical experience with data integrations (SFTP, CSV/flat files, REST APIs) and ETL troubleshooting.• Scripting ability (Python/Bash) for diagnostics, automation, and remediation scripts.• Comfortable with Linux basics, log analysis, and multi tenant SaaS environments.• Proven track record owning high severity incidents and producing actionable RCAs.• Excellent verbal and written communication;
