OST is successful because we listen to our clients, we learn from our clients, and we know our clients.\n\nProgram Analyst IV\n\nJob Duties (Description of specific duties in a typical workday for this position):\n\nSupport the JPEO-CBRND HQs Chief of Operations with planning, coordinating, and tracking projects, taskers, and cross-functional actions.\nAssist with program execution across the full acquisition life cycle, including development, production, and sustainment.\nPrepare and review key program documents such as briefings, reports, acquisition packages, and executive summaries.\nManage internal and external taskers, including tracking, assigning, consolidating responses, and submitting through task management systems.\nMonitor program schedules, milestones, risks, and deliverables to support leadership decisions.\nOrganize and support meetings and events by coordinating logistics, preparing materials, and tracking follow-ups.\nProvide updates for recurring reports and briefings to leadership on program and tasker status.\nMaintain program files and document repositories (e.g., SharePoint) and help improve internal workflows and processes.\nSupport strategic planning, policy development, and long-range initiatives.\nAssist with operational logistics such as space planning, supply coordination, and onboarding new staff.\n\nRequirements (Years of experience, Education, Certifications):\n\n4+ years of experience providing CBRND analysis and support for acquisition, operations, or life cycle management.\n5+ years of experience using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) in a professional setting.\n2+ years of experience working with and managing content in SharePoint.\nExperience with acquisition documentation, milestone reviews, and program tasker management.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills across technical and executive audiences.\n\nNice to Have (skills that are not required, but nice to have):\n\nFamiliarity with JPEO-CBRND organizational structure, mission, and reporting chains.\nExperience with DSTS or similar task/document management systems.\nBackground in acquisition strategy development or coordination with higher headquarters (e.g., ASA(ALT), OSD, DASD).\nDAU or equivalent acquisition training/certification.\nExperience supporting public affairs activities or international defense programs.\n\nThis is a full-time position paying a base salary range of $85,000, and full benefits, and has possible bonus potential based on merit and performance.
