Job Summary: Milton Freewater Health and Rehabilitation Center is currently taking applications for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) . The ideal candidate will be a kind and compassionate clinician. We utilize Certified Medication Aides (CMAs) to handle all medication passes, allowing our nurses to focus on resident care, assessments, and clinical leadership. Premium Opportunity: We're especially seeking a NOC LPN or RN to join our team and enjoy premium pay for night shift coverage. Essential Functions: Supervises nursing care to residents Complies with state and Federal Regulations Works Collaboratively with members of the healthcare team Maintains standards of professional nursing practice Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Required: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Required: Current licensure in the state of employment. Demonstrates knowledge of nursing process, particularly as it relates to geriatric residents, long-term care, and rehabilitation.
