Candidate Experience Specialist
A company is looking for a Candidate Experience Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate interview scheduling and support pre-boarding and onboarding processes
Ensure onboarding documentation is complete and processed accurately
Manage candidate data and provide first-level support for the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Required Qualifications
Associate degree in a related field or equivalent experience
4+ years of related work experience in recruitment, HR, or customer service functions in a remote capacity
Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship
Previous experience supporting multiple team members in an administrative capacity is preferred
Experience with ATS management and background check processes is strongly desired
