Job Responsibilities JOB DESCRIPTION You will report directly to Michael Rafko - Sr Director Sales Excellence (AERO) you’ll work out of our Phoenix, Arizona location on a Hybrid work schedule.We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Incentive Plan Leader to design, implement, and manage our sales incentive programs. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of sales strategies, incentive structures, and motivational techniques to drive sales performance. This role requires a strategic thinker who can align incentive programs with business goals and inspire the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Design and Develop Incentive Plans: Create effective sales incentive programs that motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. Ensure plans are competitive, aligned with business objectives, and compliant with legal standards. Analyze Sales Data: Regularly review and analyze sales performance data to assess the effectiveness of incentive plans. Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with sales leadership, finance, HR, and other departments to ensure incentive plans are well-integrated and supported across the organization. Communicate Plans: Clearly communicate incentive plan details, criteria, and changes to the sales team. Ensure all team members understand how the plans work and what is required to achieve rewards. Monitor and Report: Track the progress and effectiveness of incentive plans. Provide regular reports to senior management on performance metrics, ROI, and plan impact. Optimize Programs: Continuously evaluate and refine incentive programs based on feedback, performance data, and industry best practices to maximize effectiveness and alignment with business goals. Budget Management: Oversee the budget for sales incentive programs, ensuring financial efficiency and alignment with overall business strategy. Compliance and Integrity: Ensure all incentive programs comply with relevant regulations and internal policies. Maintain the highest standards of integrity and fairness in all incentive-related activities. QualificationsYOU MUST HAVE: 5+ years of experience in Sales Management and/or Operations Proven experience in sales incentive program design and management. Strong understanding of sales compensation structures and methodologies. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in analyzing sales data and metrics. Proven leadership skills with the capability to get things done through others WE VALUE: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related discipline.
