The Bilingual Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates in various roles, managing relationships with clients and candidates, and maintaining accurate records. The recruiter will also be responsible for developing recruitment strategies to meet client needs and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.QualificationsFluency in English and SpanishExperience in recruitment, sourcing, and interviewingStrong client management and relationship-building skillsOrganizational and time-management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience with applicant tracking systems is a plus
