The SDR Intern will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying leads, supporting the sales team, and contributing to the overall growth of Flowcode.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation: Research and identify potential clients through various channels, including social media, networking events, and industry conferences.Prospect Engagement: Reach out to leads via phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings to introduce Flowcode’s products and services.Qualification: Assess prospects' needs and determine alignment with Flowcode’s offerings.Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to develop targeted outreach strategies and sales presentations.CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospects and track lead progress in the CRM system.Market Research: Gather and analyze market intelligence to inform strategic decisions and improve sales tactics.Event Participation: Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote Flowcode’s brand.QualificationsEducation: Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with prospects and clients.Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Team Player: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to assess lead quality and market trends.Motivation: A self-starter with a passion for sales and business development.BenefitsHands-on experience in a dynamic startup environment.Mentorship from experienced sales professionals.Opportunity to attend industry events and expand professional network.Potential for full-time employment upon successful completion of the internship.This is an in person paid internship for $21/hour for ~40 hours per week from June 1, 2026 though August 7, 2026Application ProcessInterested candidates are invited to submit their resume and a cover letter detailing their interest in the position and relevant qualifications.
