This role is critical to how we operate—focused on improving manufacturing processes, driving efficiency, and making a real impact on safety, quality, and productivity.\nIf you're someone who doesn’t just identify problems but owns them through resolution, enjoys working on the floor, and thrives in a fast-paced environment—this is the role for you.\nWhat You’ll Do\nProcess Improvement & Execution\nAnalyze and improve manufacturing processes to drive efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality\nLead initiatives focused on cost reduction, throughput improvement, and scrap reduction\nTroubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions quickly and effectively\nConduct time studies, capacity analysis, and cost evaluations\nMonitor and improve KPIs such as cycle time, downtime, scrap rate, and labor efficiency\nLean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement\nApply Lean and Six Sigma tools to improve operational performance\nLead root cause analysis (RCA) and implement sustainable corrective actions\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives across the plant\nEngineering & Design\nDesign and implement tooling, fixtures, and automation solutions\nSupport new product introductions and ensure manufacturability\nAssist with equipment trials, validations, and capability studies\nCollaboration & Communication\nPartner cross-functionally with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams\nAct as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders\nTrain operators and support production teams with process changes\nProject Ownership\nManage projects from concept through implementation\nSupport capital equipment projects and process improvements\nDevelop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and documentation\nWhat We’re Looking For\nBachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering\n5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment\nStrong background in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement\nExperience with process optimization, automation, and troubleshooting\nAbility to analyze data and turn insights into action\nExperience with ERP systems and intermediate Excel skills\nCAD and 3D modeling experience\nStrong communication skills and ability to work across teams\nProven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results\nNice to Have\nSix Sigma certification\nExperience in the fenestration or building materials industry\nWork Environment & Travel\nBased in Elizabethville, PA or Elizabethton, TN\nMix of office and manufacturing floor environment\nUp to 20% travel as needed\n\nEqual Opportunity Employer\nRiteScreen is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
