Through this 15-month rotational program, learn to be a leader of people or processes by participating in hands-on experience, project work and professional development.\n\nAs an MDP participant, you will spend 9 months rotating through plant departments while working on cost or time-saving projects that are impactful to the plant and Niagara. All participants will rotate through Production, Maintenance and Warehouse, but other department rotations can include: operations, engineering, human resources, or quality assurance, depending on availability and interest.\n\nEach MDP Participant will have the opportunity to act as a Plant Supervisor for 6 months, in order to fully understand the scope of the role and its importance to the plant’s overall performance. This will provide the MDP a chance to engage their leadership and problem-solving skills when it comes to people and technical issues.
