Whether you're looking to build a part-time caseload or expand into a full-time schedule, we offer the flexibility and support to help you succeed.\nWhat You'll Do\nSLP:\nProvide speech-language evaluations and treatment for pediatric clients.\nDevelop individualized treatment plans based on each child's needs.\nComplete evaluations, progress reports, and daily documentation in a timely manner.\nCollaborate with families, caregivers, schools, and other professionals.\nSupervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs), when applicable.\nMaintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with ASHA and Arizona state regulations\nSLPA:\nProvide speech-language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.\nImplement individualized treatment plans and therapy goals.\nAccurately document treatment sessions and complete daily notes in a timely manner.\nCollaborate with supervising SLPs, families, caregivers, teachers, and other professionals.\nCommunicate client progress and concerns to the supervising SLP.\nMaintain professional and ethical standards in accordance with Arizona state regulations.\nWhat We Offer\nCompetitive 1099 compensation.\nFlexible scheduling—you create your own schedule.\nOpportunities for in-home and community-based\nAdministrative support for scheduling, referrals, and billing.\nElectronic documentation system.\nA collaborative, therapist-focused team culture.\nGrowing referral base with opportunities to build your caseload quickly.\nQualifications\nMaster's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.\nCurrent Arizona SLP license.\nCurrent Arizona Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license.\nCurrent fingerprint clearance card.\nReliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for home visits.\nStrong communication and organizational skills.\nExperience with pediatric populations preferred.\nExperience with Autism Spectrum Disorder, AAC, Gestalt Language Processing (GLP), and early intervention is a plus but not required.\nService Areas\nWe currently serve families throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area, including:\nPhoenix\nScottsdale\nParadise Valley\nGlendale\nPeoria\nSurprise\nCave Creek\nAnthem\nNew River\nAnd surrounding communities\nWhy InterAACtive Speech Therapy?\nAt InterAACtive Speech Therapy, we believe exceptional therapy begins with supporting exceptional therapists.
