Responsibilities: · Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. · Hand out parts to customers and provide information about products and services. · Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. · Maintain an organized and clean work area, ensuring parts are stocked and easily accessible. · Handle customer inquiries, provide product recommendations, and resolve any issues promptly. · Assist in inventory management, including receiving and stocking parts. · Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. Qualifications: · High school diploma or equivalent. · Previous experience in retail, sales, or a customer service role is preferred. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. · Ability to work effectively in a team environment. · Basic computer skills for processing sales transactions. · Knowledge of automotive parts is a plus, but not required; training will be provided.
