You must have the following required skills, certifications and demonstrated experience in and/or with:\r\nWorking in a training environment.\r\nManaging multiple projects simultaneously.\r\nUsing Joomla site design and site administration.\r\nDeveloping WBTs, online training courses, websites, or other e-learning solutions.\r\nSolving complex application development problems.\r\nProviding advice and recommendations on product design.\r\nIncorporating considerations into media design plans such as budgets, equipment, performance requirements, or legal issues including accessibility and privacy.\r\nDesigning, building, and maintaining websites.\r\nGraphic design including animation and 3D animation.\r\nCreating print products such as posters, books, and presentation materials.\r\nUsing the following authoring and scripting languages: Joomla, CSS, and HTML.\r\nUsing content creation and management tools for web design, web development, programming, graphic design, animation, videography, photography and audio recording, editing and distribution.\r\nUsing JIRA or other IT ticket or work tracking system.\r\nWorking with: Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop as well as Dreamweaver, After Effects, or other similar software products. Cascading Style Sheets (CSS). JavaScript (JS).
