This positions an integral part of the broad spectrum of specialized security services Inter-Con provides its clients every day.\nSpecific benefits include:\nstarting at $21.50/hour\nUniform and Equipment provided\nRecognition and Reward Programs\nTraining and Career Development\nMedical, Dental, PTO\nRequirements:\nMust have a High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent\nMust be CPR/First Aid/AED certified\nMust understand, read, and write in English\nSuccessfully complete a Fingerprint background check and drug screening\nSome Duties may include:\nSupervisor\nMake access badges in accordance to SLA\nSupervise and direct Security Team, act as lead person and liaison between client and staff\nEscalate staffing or personnel concerns immediately to Client and Account Manager\nAssist with training and developing security team\nMonitor post activity to ensure the security of the facility, preventing unauthorized access\nMaintain building keys and key logs\nReview and save CCTV video regarding incidents\nConduct various audits including post audits to evaluate officer posts\nComplete various logs and end of shift reports\nComplete incident reports by end of shift\nRespond to alarms in accordance to SLA standards\nIssue training to security staff\nReview incident reports for quality, completeness, and accuracy\nInput Incident Reports in database by end of shift\nProvide direction and support to associates and assist associates with security matters as needed\nParticipate in Emergency Evacuation response\nBack fills open positions for breaks lunches and/or call offs as needed\nNotify client immediately if staffing level at any site falls below 80%\nEnsure proper data is entered into Purchaser’s security guard performance management tool “SPECTER” on a daily basis.\nOther duties as agreed to by the parties\nVeterans\nInter-Con is passionate about hiring veterans.
