Supervisor of Facility and Grounds

DescriptionThe Arc of Rensselaer County is seeking a reliable and proactive Supervisor of Facility and Grounds to oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of our Brunswick Center Services location. This role is critical to ensuring the facility and grounds are maintained in accordance with agency standards and regulatory requirements. The Supervisor will manage a range of tasks, including routine building and grounds upkeep, minor repairs, and safety compliance, while also supervising and coordinating maintenance staff to ensure all duties are carried out efficiently. This position requires the ability to routinely lift over 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.Education and Experience Pre-requisites:High School diploma or GEDMinimum of one year of experience in maintenance work or a related field
