A better future?\n\nJob Description\n\nAs a member of the Seating Program Management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall success of a program launch through strong leadership, excellent organizational skills and clear communication with internal and external disciplines.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nManage program timelines by directing, coordinating, and communicating to all functional groups assigned to the program as well as customer functional groups and platform teams\nConduct planning activities to ensure programs launch on-time and meet deliverables\nMonitor timing, quality, scope, technical and financial risks and issues on assigned program, resolving risks where possible\nManaging engineering changes for profit and loss of your program\nWork with functional managers to communicate resource requirements and expectations\nRemain flexible to changing responsibilities and workload adjustments\nYour Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related field\nMicrosoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency\nMust be highly organized and display excellent leadership skills\nWilling to travel domestically up to one week per month\n10 years automotive experience\n5 years of project or program management experience\nBonus If You Have\nSiemens PLM Team Center system knowledge for Program and/or Sales functions.\nGerman and/or Spanish language skills\nGerman Automotive experience\nAutomotive Seating experience\nEqual Opportunity Employer\n\nLear Corporation is committed to fair, merit‑based employment practices and equal opportunity.\n\nWe provide reasonable accommodations in accordance with applicable law.
