This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable navigating organizational change, and enjoys both independent and collaborative work.Tasks & Responsibilities – Payroll Specialist Manage the transition of payroll systems from Paycor to ADP Workforce NowPerform heavy data entry to ensure accurate and efficient transfer of payroll dataSet up multi-state payroll tax configurations across multiple entitiesTransfer year-to-date earnings, deductions, PTO balances, and benefit plan dataSupport payroll functions for approximately 700 incoming employeesNavigate a structure involving multiple FEINs and multiple statesCollaborate with cross-state teams to ensure seamless integration during the acquisitionWork within a lean HR/payroll team during a high-growth periodQualifications – Payroll Specialist 3–4+ years of payroll experienceHands-on experience with Paycor (a major plus)Experience working in ADP Workforce Now (required)Experience with multiple FEINsStrong knowledge of multi-state payroll and taxesA people-first, team-oriented mindsetA self-starter who can work both independently and collaborativelySomeone who excels in fast-changing or acquisition-driven environmentsINAPR2026
