This role focuses on providing comprehensive maternal and newborn care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care throughout labor, delivery, and postpartum. The RN will serve as a clinical leader during the shift, coordinating care, supervising team members, and ensuring safe, high-quality outcomes.
